The Department of Internal Medicine is headed by Dr. Roya Azadi who is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician. "Dr. Roya", as she is affectionately known by her patients, has years of experience treating multiple acute and chronic diseases in adult patients. The areas of her focus include, but are not limited to the management of the following illnesses:

High Cholesterol, Thyroid Diseases and Diabetes

Stroke, Heart Diseases and High Blood Pressure
Arthritis, Headaches and Pain Management
Injection of Painful Joints and Muscles
Minor Injuries and Procedures
Acne, Dermatitis and other Skin Conditions
Routine Physicals and Vaccinations

Women's Health and Gynecologic Care
Men's Health and Prostate Disorders
Allergy Testing and Allergy Shots
All Primary and Urgent Care

In addition to above, "Dr. Roya" has had special training in cosmetic procedures including Laser skin treatments, Laser hair removal, Microdermabrasion, Botox® and Filler injections as well as Acid Peels.

"Dr. Roya" has a biology degree from Indiana University. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed her residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She is married to Dr. Sohail Azadi, Pediatrician, and has 2 children.
